Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Craig’s real estate journey began at age 20 when he purchased his first home—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for property ownership and investment.
Before transitioning into real estate, Craig enjoyed a successful career in aviation. Starting as a mechanic, he put himself through training to become both a pilot and a flight instructor. He later flew for major airlines and corporate executives—experiences that shaped his client-first approach and precision-driven service.
Craig has personally owned and managed six apartment buildings (twelve units), purchased three homes for his growing family, and renovated and flipped additional properties. His hands-on expertise with residential renovation and rental management gives him a unique perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers .
