We’re new to the area and weren’t sure whether to buy or rent. Craig toured us through houses all over Pittsburgh and the surrounding suburbs to help us find the right neighborhood and home for our family. When we finally settled on a property, the seller became very difficult, creating problems that would have been dealbreakers on our own. Craig was able to push through the obstacles, negotiate and bulldog a grueling two month ordeal. He was always easy to reach when we had concerns and was incredibly communicative (our toddler even knew him by name)! We closed on Friday and are so happy we had his help through this whole process. If we ever move again, we’ll be calling Craig.
